The building foundation consisted of drilled piers, grade beams, and slab. There were offices, a mechanical room, an electrical room, an IT closet, a kitchen (with appliances), a copy room, a conference room, a lobby and restroom facilities. A fire alarm, data, security system including the entrance gate, a gas generator, and an air conditioned warehouse were included. Wood molding lined the office space throughout as well as marble flooring in most spaces. The building was 3,000 square feet of office space and 7,000 square feet of warehouse space. The sitework included storm drainage, a pond with (2) lighted fountains, block and steel lighted fencing, lighted driveways, and sidewalks. This project was construction managed by Burrow Global and most construction crafts were subcontracted. Design engineering was performed by Burrow Global.
