Location: Houston, Texas
Client Benefits: Compliance with EPA regulation New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) Subpart (JA)
The refinery needed capabilities to measure and monitor high range and low range H2S in the ULSD and Refinery Flare gas streams as part of an effort to be compliant with EPA regulation 40CFR60 Subpart (JA).
There are space limitations in the existing analyzer building.
Burrow Global Scope of Supply:
Existing ULSD and Refinery Flare CEMS analyzer equipment was located in a combined analyzer building. The existing building did not have sufficient space for new equipment.
Burrow Global surveyed the existing flare stream sample tap locations and assessed for use as suitable sample tap locations for the new analyzer equipment. Our team designed and installed the JA Analyzers sample system, and shelter in conjunction with the addition of the ULSD and Plant Flare flare-gas recovery systems.
One new common analyzer shelter was installed containing all of the new analyzer equipment for these projects. The complete analyzer design and installation were in accordance with existing client specifications.
