The Midstream Unit Control Building Project involved building a control building (5376 sf). The scope included the control building with the foundation consisting of drilled piers, grade beams, and slab. The building was constructed with CMU block walls and a concrete roof (with modified bitumen cover). There was a control room, offices, a mechanical room, an electrical room, a kitchen (with appliances), a conference room, and restroom facilities, UPS system (by Others), backup generator (by Others), HVAC, and fire alarm. Also, BGS installed an aerobic system for the building sanitary. The project was managed by Burrow Global and most construction crafts were subcontracted. The client was very satisfied with the control building and the work performed.
